The interior of this two-bedroom apartment features a set of simple geometric volumes, each housing a specific functional zone. A cubic shape, enveloped in ash-toned scalloped panels, contains entry, powder room, and laundry, as depicted in the GIF below.
Lighting, plumbing fixtures, furniture, and décor items stand out against the overall pale background. Thin black zigzags of track lighting on the ceiling introduce graphic accents to the space, breaking the monotony of the color palette.
The apartment consists of two units, merged during the construction of the building. This configuration allowed separation of private and public areas into opposite sides.
Public areas were positioned on the left side of the apartment, with private spaces occupying the right. To minimize transitional space, wet areas and utilities were linearly arranged along the apartment's long side. The glazed balcony was incorporated into the apartment, adding the necessary square meters for setting up a home office and a dining area. This also allowed to benefit from the floor-to-ceiling windows, visually expanding the space.
