Square Foot Construction (Canada, BC) commissioned interior design for 3 ready-made carriage house plans. The idea behind the designs was to have many of the advantages of modular housing without their limitations while adding to a property’s curb appeal and neighbourhood charm.

The proposed interior design features minimalist style, simplicity and comfort. White drywall covers walls and ceilings, complemented by warm hardwood floors. Plywood paneling and kitchen cabinets maintain the minimalist yet modes theme. A warm, neutral color palette promotes tranquility, with subtle dark accents in lighting fixtures and furniture.
