This multi-generational home is located in a pine forest, in a rural area of Saint-Petersburg. Designed to accommodate multiple generations of the client’s extended family, the house consists of four interconnected residences.
House offers various amenities, including a spa area, screening room, wine cellar, and a basement garage with a small workshop. The exterior design concept is based on interconnection of different volumes, clad in neutral-colored materials: aluminum composite panels, horizontal siding, and white plaster. The house spans 1200 m2 across five levels, connected with a lift.
The ground floor accommodates public areas, upper floor is entirely private, while the sublevel houses all the amenities. A central enclosed patio brings nature and elements to the heart of the house.
The house features floor-to-ceiling energy-efficient windows in all rooms, to create a strong connection with the surrounding forest. The ground floor is wrapped with decks, providing opportunities for outdoor activities for all the residencies. Another entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen is at the rooftop. A V-shaped support bears one of the residencies with a carport underneath, offering covered parking. All outdoor floors are heated to prevent ice accumulation during temperature fluctuations.
The spa area features two pools, including a 25-meter pool for sport activities, as well as a sauna with panoramic window, hammam and a lounge area with a fireplace. A sunken outdoor terrace offers an additional outdoor space.
